Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship your products from?
We ship primarily from the United States.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
Where do you deliver to?
United States: 7–10 business days after dispatch
Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?
Duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping costs. Veinci does not control or refund customs fees.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order is shipped. Tracking is available for all destinations.
What are the shipping charges and delivery estimates?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are:
- US: 7–10 business days
Optional priority processing is available at checkout to expedite handling.
What happens if I entered a wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be reshipped once corrected. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Is express delivery available?
Yes. Express shipping is available in select regions and typically takes 7-10 business days after dispatch.
How does your Warranty & Return process work?
We offer a 90-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
In addition, Veinci provides an Extended Warranty covering manufacturing defects. To start a claim, please contact us at contact@veincishop.com. A small logistics fee may apply for replacements.
How does the Extended Warranty work?
Eligible items may be replaced if they present a manufacturing defect. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered.
If your item qualifies, we will assist with a replacement or a product of equal value if the original is no longer available.
Do you accept returns for any reason?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Please contact our support team to start the process.
What payment methods do you accept?
At Veinci, we provide a variety of secure payment methods to make your shopping experience smooth and convenient. You can complete your purchase using credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
We accept major providers including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Will I pay duties or taxes upon delivery?
Yes. Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
Does Veinci support charitable initiatives?
From time to time, Veinci supports causes aligned with our values, such as community or welfare programs. These initiatives are announced transparently through our official channels.
How do I remove items from my cart?
Click the “remove” or trash icon next to the item in your cart. Free gifts or promotional items (if included) may be applied automatically and cannot be removed manually.
What is the Bundle discount feature?
Some collections may include automatic discounts when multiple items are added to the cart. Where available, discounts are applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code is required.
Why was my order canceled unexpectedly?
Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be verified or if flagged by our fraud-prevention system. If you believe this was a mistake, please contact us or place your order again using a verified payment method.
