We currently ship from United States and are working to open fulfillment centers worldwide for faster delivery.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed within 1‑3 business days. Shipments do not occur on weekends or holidays.
Where do you deliver to?
We offer international shipping and deliver to most countries around the globe.
Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?
Duties or taxes may apply based on your country's regulations. These are the customer's responsibility. We do not control or refund any customs fees.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking is available for Canada and USA orders.

What happens if I entered a wrong address?

How does the Lifetime Warranty work?
Eligible items can be replaced under warranty—sometimes with a small fee for logistics. Requests are handled via our replacement form.
Do you accept returns for any reason?

No — Venici covers all import duties and taxes for international deliveries. No additional customs charges at arrival.

How do I remove items from my cart?
Click the “remove” or trash icon next to the item in your cart. Free gifts and eBooks—if included—are automatic and can't be removed manually.
What is the Bundle discount feature?
Many collections offer volume-based savings—stacked automatically at checkout when you add multiple items. No coupon required.
I don’t want the free eBook included with my order. What do I do?
The eBook is complimentary. You can simply ignore it—it won’t impact your order or shipping.
Why was my order canceled unexpectedly?
Orders may be canceled by our fraud filter if suspicious activity is detected. If you believe it's a mistake, you may reorder using PayPal.
Are Venici watches waterproof?
Our watches are rated 3ATM—splash and minor moisture safe, but not recommended for swimming or bathing.
How do I replace my watch battery?
Replacement batteries are available at most jewelry or watch repair shops. Any technician can assist with installation.
